IcyMedia.co.uk is owned and managed by Daniel Beal, from North Yorkshire. Daniel Beal is 17 years of age and currently studying four courses, which
include Information Communication Technology (ICT), Accounting and Financial Studies. IcyMedia.co.uk was launched in 2009 as an online portfolio to
showcase a number of different websites.
IcyMedia.co.uk started with Swapit Forum which launched in January 2009. The website required a number of changes prior to launching, which proved to
be successful and it's now recognised as being the second most popular forum relating to Swapit. In Spring 2010 a new cashback reward website was
launched called GetFreeDVDs, with the addition of a number of similar websites which aim at different age groups.
In the near future, a new website will launch to provide consumer’s with 1000's of discounts across a wide range of retailers. The website is currently being
developed and should be launched in Summer 2012.
Daniel Beal believes that 'We Are Different' from the following short paragraph. “I genuinely believe that by offering consumer's outstanding customer
service when purchasing a product or using a service, this enables me to listen to their views to create a product/service that consumer’s desire.”
